Mary Rutan Obstetrics & Gynecology

I expected Mary Rutan OB/GYN to be like any other doctors visits with long wait times and doctors who just want to move onto the next patient...I was proven completely wrong. They were quick to get me in and the staff was great. The doctor really took her time to listen to my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly. I had my toddler with me and was very happy to see a little kid station in the waiting room, and then he was provided with a basket of toys to play with in the exam room! If you value a family friendly and wonderful experience, I would strongly recommend Mary Rutan Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Im very pleased with them. They make you feel comfortable and let you know information about what they are doing. Very nice to not be left in the dark. Thank you!

Hands down this is the best OB/Gyn office you will find. The staff here are amazing! They take something generally considered unpleasant by women and make it more than tolerable. The level of professionalism they exhibit is above and beyond. Always a warm friendly greeting and Dr Yeater is so kind and gentle. She takes time with you , so you never feel rushed and you leave feeling like you have been heard. Thank you all for another 5 star visit.

I had a great visit. The appointment was on time Tara was friendly and efficient. Dr Caine answered all my questions and gave me some great advice.

I was impressed. I loved Dr. Caine, she was very helpful in helping me understand my problem. Very professional but made me feel comfortable. Great bedside manner. I will recommend her to my friends and family!

My feeling are mixed. I really like Dr. Caine. She takes the time to listen to you and offers her advice. I like that. But when I came to this last appointment, the receptionist blurted out (and loudly) why I was at the appointment. (Regardless if it is for something serious, or minor, you just dont do that) If it had not of been for that fact that the waiting room was empty, I probably would have spoke up and said something about confidentiality being breached. No one needs to know why I am at the office. For no reason! I know why I am there and that is all that should matter.The office was very nice, smelled clean and sterile. Easy to find.

My first visit to see Dr. Greene, I was thoroughly impressed and happy with my experience with everyone I encountered at my appointment. I am so glad he was recommended to me.Updating: I’ve had a few appointments since seeing Dr. Greene, as I will be having surgery in the fall now. The entire process between appointments and follow ups has been great. I am so glad I was able to be seen, quickly and efficiently. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Greene.

Dr. Morton and his nurse Lauren are so incredible. He listens to his patients and takes time to answer all of my questions. They are both very professional and always giving me the best care.

I went for my first time yesterday 08/20 and I walked out VERY happy! The girls at the front desk welcomed me and even complimented my shirt :) My nurse was fantastic and so was Dr Yeater! I was nervous to get the whole check up and she made me feel so comfortable!! She walked me through all her steps and I knew what she was doing next and what to expect. I am very nervous in these kind of settings in general, so I appreciate Dr Yeater for being so kind and gentle with me.

Dr. Caine was so professional and very helpful. Nurse Lindsey went above and beyond when I called in for help getting an appointment and scheduling some tests. Your kindness did not go unnoticed !!Thank you so much!!!I have always experienced excellent service with the whole office staff.

I was looking forward to seeing a ultra sound but I didnt. Its good to hear the heart beat but Ive been making a book of the baby pictures.

I always look forward to visit an appointment with my gynecologist Dr. Z. She is so efficient, professional, and kind...making an unpleasant examination and diagnosis easy for her patients. This was my first visit to the new office and it was very welcoming, clean, and bright. I was in and out in a short time. The secretaries were helpful and the assistant was professional and helpful also. Mary Rutan should be very proud of this department! Thank u.

Dr. Dunn called cps on me and my kids for fasle Accusationthat were proven untrue because my husband said he would take care of my newborn at night to let me sleep since I had a c-section and was recovering from that I guess thats considered rape even though my husband is the birth father and would never do that BTW cps worker said that this place wastes so much resources on calling for fasle Accusationthat that each time this place calls they already know its untrue so apparently they gave been doing that alot so I would suggest something needs to be done with dr.dunn for wasting state resources on fasle statements

I loved my experience here, I was so terrified to have surgery, and every single nurse calmed me down and was by my side. The doctors to! They all made sure I was comfortable and was okay. I couldnt ask for a better hospital. 😌 the anesthesiologist came to talked to me for a while, just to reassure me Im in great hands!

First visit* Front desk ladies were very welcoming, the nurse was friendly and I always appreciate Dr Greene for being so easy to talk to!*Went back for a follow up. Front desk girls were amazing as always! The nurse was nice, however i waited in the room for at least 30 minutes before i was seen. I was very uncomfortable, anxious and in some pain. The nurse came in for my routine check which i felt was intrusive and unnecessary and she made no attempt to look away or give me privacy. Dr. Greene did great as normal but this visit was very awkward. My anxiety on record, past trauma on record, and in pain sitting on a table naked for 30 minutes while your doctor and nurse are laughing in the hallway is not professional at all. I will not be going back.

I went in feeling very u comfortable. And I felt bad. But as soon as I walked in the office. She was very nice and my nurse that come out to get me, asked me if I wanted to wait in Lobby or in the room I was going to be in, because the ultrasound Tech was on her Lunch break. She made me feel so comfortable and was so super nice. And The ultrasound tech was amazing! Even though I was very nervous and worried, she made me feel better and explained everything to me. Thanks for being so nice.

I had my first visit here on 4/30. Dr. Yeater didnt listen. Insisted she knew better than I did when it came to my body. By not listening she missed several key details and a couple red flags.Because I advocate for myself I got another opinion from two other doctors. Guess who has surgery Monday for the things Dr. Yeater missed? This chick!

Absolutely terrible my fiance went in for a blood draw for a glucose test than told it was an emergency that we come in, I am a type 1 diabetic I know whats normal and whats not they declined to give a number over the phone and we go in because its emergency we get in and the sugar was 152 yes slightly high by normal standards being 150 by no means do you have the right to make up situations to call people off of work scare them make them worry for hours than when we go you dont even give her a blood glucose tester OR TEST HER IN OFFICE I did submit a report and looking forward to seeing it through.

What an awesome place! The staff was just amazing at working me in, when I had urgent situation. They got me in that day. I am so grateful.Ive been coming to this clinic for decades and theyre the best!

Dr Morton is the best! I switched to him from a Dr I had been unhappy with. Dr Morton went above and beyond to explain all of my concerns and made you feel comfortable! He didnt rush like some Drs do these days and was attentive to my needs as an individual. I had an excellent experience switching to him and I am very glad to have the answers and extra knowledge from him to where I feel confident I am receiving the best care!

The staff are very professional and friendly. The facility is new, spacious, clean and comfortable. Dr. Yeater took time to listen to concerns and answer questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival.

Dr. Greene is by far the best doctor Ive ever seen. He is so kind and compassionate, but the bedside manner is only the cherry on top. I can describe my symptoms in the most obscure and dramatic (during my pregnancy I told him that eating food felt like eating bugs and couldnt describe it any other way) and he can somehow translate it and find a solution. I have never felt so heard and understand by any medical professional. I also love that he doesnt jump to medication for every ailment, he looks for a real solution. He is a doctor that takes a true and honest interest in the overall health of his patients, not just his area of expertise.As for the rest of the staff: the nurses and everyone else who makes that office go, I cant say enough good things. The biggest thing for me has been their attention to mental health. Severe PTSD is no problem for this office. They have been consistently aware of my mental status throughout my four years of visits with them and wont hesitate to reschedule an exam if Im too anxious. During my pregnancy when exams were time sensitive, the nurses would comfort me and soothe me through the anxiety.I wouldnt have gotten through my pregnancy or the aftermath without this incredible crew and Im so grateful. ❤️

Every single one of the ladies in this practice is absolutely amazing. Dr Yeater and her nurse Casey (probably spelled wrong 😉) treated me with such kindness . Coming to my appointment I had some concerns and fears that they immediately put at ease . I have never been treated that kindly at any doctors office I’ve ever been to. The level of compassion and professionalism I received was exceptional. They went over and above to take time with me to address my concerns. From the moment you walk in the door until the moment you leave every single lady in that practice is a class act full of kindness and smiles. Thanks to each and everyone of you for taking what started out as a stressful thing and turning it into a positive experience.

Love Dr.Greene he is great. He always answers all my questions takes time with each patient. I don’t feel rushed or ignored.

Dr.Morton and his nurse Lauren are my favorite team when going to Mary Rutan OBGYN. While our most recent visit didn’t go the way we were hoping, they were both very personable, supportive, and attentive. Dr.Morton always takes time to listen and truly hear his patients. Lauren also makes herself available for questions or concerns and always goes above and beyond in her roll.

Amazing staff, extremely friendly and caring, very fast and prompt but yet thorough. Dr Z is an amazing doctor! She really listens and cares about her patients! I highly recommend

I love this place and I absolutely love my doctor but on the day my first child was born she went home for a medical reason which I understand I was still happy but Dr Morton filled in for her and he was late discharging us on Thanksgiving day and when I went back just to get a checkup on how I was doing after giving birth he said what do you want to make sure this dosent happen again. Who said I didnt want anymore kids that really irritated me a lot I never want to see him again I made sure that when my doctor came back to work I was notified because I could not stand one more minute of him

This is the second child with this office. Dr. Morton is amazing. I never had any issues with him or the office.

Every time I go the girls at the front make me laugh and are so welcoming. Dr. Green is probably the best doctor I’ve ever met. He always asks good questions and basis his decisions on what will be best for me in the moment and then will make sure I agree. It’s all about respect and as a woman in this world that can be hard to find. So thank you to you all.

Dr. Z is so great at making u feel at ease regardless of your reason for your visit. Staff is just as great & friendly.

Dr. Zurovchak (Dr. Z) is fantastic. She was my OBGYN and delivered my youngest. She is now seeing my teen. She has amazing bedside manner, patience, thorough, experienced and really cares about her patients well-being. Logan and Champaign county is lucky to have her.

The office and provider were super nice! They took really good care of me. My only issue was how had it was to get my first appt! I have been very sick due to pregnancy, and I was not able to get a closer appt date.

Everyone was friendly. The office was very clean. The nurse and doctor took their time at my appointment. The provided me with a great deal of information about my health and further testing I should explore. Overall it was a great appointment.

Dr Yeater is amazing. Shes very personable and makes u feel comfortable. Wish all my Doctors had as much care in their work as she does.

Got there early my appointment was at two pm and waited for a few minutes and then they took me back and I went to a room waited not even 5 minutes and the doctor was in my room. Dr. Greene is amazing and he cares about the patients and he does over the limit I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Z is the absolute best doctor. She listens to you and is so gentle. I dont know what I will do when she retires

This was my first time at the new building, it was very clean and a warm environment. My nurse Britney was amazing and Dr.Greene was in my room pretty quick. He’s always been great for my visits.

I’m sad they moved but it’s a nice new office. Just been going to the old one for forrrevver.Still the same wonderful people there and Dr. Morton is amazing, thorough, caring, truthful and experienced. I drive from Dayton to still see them.

Dr. Z and staff were very informative with my questions, the process, and any concerns I had. I appreciated their patience with me. I was nervous and did not feel like I was belittled because of it.

They are thiefs. I went to my annual appointment and they ended up charging me an excessive amount, they said that they changed the type of visit, saying that it was no longer an annual check-up, (when my primary care doctor requested an annual appointment) .. I spoke with customer service and They did not stand up to their error in which they put in my medical report. It was their mistake, that is, they registered an appointment which the services were not provided. neither the time that the appointment lasted nor the check-up was what they put in my medical report. do not go, they are totally inconsiderate!!

My wait time was short and the visit with Dr. Z was helpful. I always feel as though she is listening and has suggestions. The new location is spacious and very nice.

Dr. Morton dismissed my pain and told ER to send me home with a 14x10 mass on my ovaries with 212/112 BP. Then the ER told me this office said ,” I am not a medical emergency and to send me home with pain meds.” I have been treating my symptoms since June with this office. When they found out about the growth getting larger. They made no quick effort to remove the mass. Dr. Caine and Dr. Z both dismissed my pain and treated me coldly. I feel violated for trusting this office treatment plan when they put me in more danger by doing nothing quickly. I do not recommend this office for people who have real emergencies. They down play and are more concerned with there time off then helping a patient who put there trust in and come to find out wasn’t doing the right treatment plan. If you value your health DO Not Go to this office. They don’t treat there patience with any concern.

Dr. Caine is a great doctor. She goes above and beyond with patient care. I really felt like she tried her best for me and wanted me to feel comfortable and did everything she could to help my pain. I highly recommend.

I recommend Mary Rutan OBGYN office to everyone, they treat you like family and they are always so sweet to my daughter when she comes to my appointments with me. They are just amazing!

I loved Dr Caine but if you aren’t as good as she thinks you are she will treat much different ! I will NOT go back there again. All I gotta say is if you are going to see her. You better be perfect because trust me she’s a sweetheart at first but it will change .

I really enjoy this OBGYN office. All the staff are super friendly and sweet! I love the nurse with short blonde hair, I cant remember her name at the moment but she makes you feel at home and constantly laughing. All of the doctors take their time and explain everything to you and make sure you feel comfortable before you leave. Even when youre at home and make a call to the office for a question they always call you back with the answers. I feel very fortunate to be able to come to this office! Thank you all for everything you do! :)

I have had a good experience with Dr. Norman Greene. He gave me a diagnosis that other doctors had not given me and he explained to me sufficiently about my diagnosis, his treatment has worked for me.

When going there, there were no complaints. Dr. Morton was very professional. However, I moved to the marysville area & needed Mary Rutan to fax records and paperwork to Marysville, and it’s taken them a MONTH to do it. Marysville has sent over my request forms 6 different times, and Mary rutan has not gotten back with them yet. This is where I’m disappointed in them. I am not able to make an appointment in marysville until Mary rutan sends my records to them. In that case, I have not been seen in almost 2 months (I am 31 weeks pregnant & supposed to be seen every 2 weeks). I need to be screened for gestational diabetes, so I’m very upset and concerned with how Mary rutan is going about this. Makes me feel like they do not care about their patients as much as they’d like you to think. It’s to the point I have to drive to Mary rutan and request this paperwork in person because they are not on top of it at all. And calling them is almost useless because they say they will fax my records, but obviously I cannot rely on them to do so. It’s taken far too long. To say I’m angry and unsatisfied is an understatement..

Dr. Z is amazing. She listens to any and all concerns. She talks about what options are available. I like how she listens and isnt pushy.
